Manufacturers and other suppliers
Any warranties by a manufacturer or supplier other than GensUSA are theirs, not ours, and only that manufacturer or supplier shall be liable for performance under those warranties. We neither assume nor authorize any other person to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale of the generator or equipment and the related goods and services.
